There's probably a story to this statue - but I don't know what it is. I think Jeremy's father brought it back from Africa but he also lived there for a while so Jeremy may have bought it when he visited. Anyway, it's a beautiful honey coloured wood and I love it.

Oh! Jeremy tells me that it's Native American and his Dad bought it back from a business trip to the US when J was 6 or 7. Slightly off the mark hehhehe

Cools tones and shadows. I like the way it's a tall object but the picture's landscape.

I can see why. I also like the photo, I think the long face complements the composition really well. Gives a sense of depth n both directions
