My after dinner drink of choice is Sambuca. I'm just about to drink this glass... for medicinal purposes of course! (Just ignore the fact that the bottle is empty - I've had it for some time :-) )

Some colleagues at work remember me for my sambuca party trick. We were on a consultancy assignment in Darlington and the waiter brought my sambuca, complete with a floating coffee bean, and he lit the alcohol. However, I blew out the flam with such force that it shot off the glass and caught the tablecloth alight. Fortunately there were a few of us and we managed to put it out with our napkins. I haven't been back to that restaurant since :-)
