13 March
Graffiti
London, England

This chappie appears in a number of places all over London. I have no idea what (if anything) he symbolises. Anyway, there was a great version on the Pentonville Road, leading down to Kings Cross Station that I kept thinking I must get off the bus and shoot one day and on Saturday as we went past I noticed that the wall had been painted and the Graffiti gone. So when I spotted this one from the bus today I quickly shot it. I'll try to rediscover the others I've seen and perhaps he can get his own gallery.

Uh oh, now that he has been posted in your gallery he will start appearing all over Europe and America as well.

fun shot! :) i like the composition here. he's clearly speeding along to the right given the dust trail beneath his foot, so framing him to the right-side of the frame is the ideal spot.

I thought perhaps you added the graffiti to the picture in PS! It looks too good...those taggers are amazing, aren't they?

Way more artistic than the scrawlings on the walls round where I live! I'll be looking out for this guy (girl?) now!

You know, I've always wondered about these graffiti artists. I've never seen one at work so I assume they do it at night but how do they see to do them, especially the ones which are very detailed and in hard to get to places.

He looks like one of the Mr Men!

Kinda freaky if you stare at him long enough! Hope to see more of this character in your galleries :)

Well spotted - be great to know te story behind it. Sounds like stake-out time, long lens, coffee and doughnuts!

well seen - an interesting reflection in the window!

would make a great series/gallery. I kn ow it's anti-social and shouldn't be encouraged but some graffitti is very artistic and some just plain funny.
