We've been sorting out our holidays. I like to get them sorted and in my diary so that everyone is clear when I'm going to be away and so that I don't get left with a week here and a week there rather than a block of holiday. Sorting out holidays always makes me think of my globe - it lights up too! This was a birthday present from J. "What made you buy me a globe" I asked (as you can see I'm a firm believer in "it's the thought that counts!!") his reply was that HE had always wanted a globe. I wasn't very happy at the time but now it has sentimental value and I wouldn't part with it.
