This demonstrates why you don't want to use Adobe1998 color space for web photos.
The top one is the photo as you'd see it in a color managed photo viewer or editor.
The top one is also what you'd see in your web browser if you used the sRGB color space.
The bottom is what that same photo would look like in a web browser, or any program that doesn't use color management.
Regardless of which one you like 'better', the top one is the one that I adjusted it to look like,
and the bottom one is the surprise I'd get when I opened it in the web browser.
