Caminando calle abajo y nuevamente por suerte me encontré con otra de las mas significativas obras de Madrid, La Puerta de Alcalá... en la antiguedad era una de las puertas en la fortaleza que rodeaba la Villa, y daba salida al camino que conducía hacia Alcalá de Henares, de ahí su nombre... Travelling street down and again thankfully I found another of the more significant artworks of Madrid, "La Puerta de Alcalá"... in the exage it was one of the doors in the fortress that was surrounding the Village, and was the exit to the path to the nearby town "Alcalá de Henares", from there it's name...
