The "Men at Work" series continues this week.
I took the day off today.
Seemed like a good day to branch out
and spotlight someone outside my place of employment.
This is my father, Jeff.
My father has been an auto mechanic since before I was born.
He's quite fond of american cars, and Fords in particular.
He once told me, that he thought working on cars for a living
would be like working on your own car...fun, most of the time.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
If it's not finicky cars, it's picky customers.
Either way, it's usually not fun.
He's a good man who worked hard his whole life
to put food on the table, a roof over our heads,
and clothes on our backs.
I love you dad.
You've taught me more than you'll ever know.
