Don't feed the thing under the bed...

Eli has always had a thing for getting under his bed. I can relate because I remember used to
like playing under my bed as a kid too. It's a whole "fort" thing going on, I'm sure. Whenever
we can't find him wandering around the house or getting into something naughty, you can pretty
much rest assured you will find him under the crib.

It used to be a lot easier for him when he was smaller, for obvious reasons, but also because
as he got bigger, we lowered the base where the mattress sits so that he couldn't climb out.
So, bigger kid plus lower ceiling, equals a tight fit.

Tonight he decided that was going to empty this bin of stuffed toys and throw all of them
underneath his bed, crawl under there himself, then toss everything back out from under.
Crawl back out and start over. After a few rounds of this, we started throwing the stuff back
under there for him. Except we left a few items just outside his reach, and this creepy arm
would pop out and grab the item. I just had a to get a shot of it.

this just cracks me up. I've seen it a couple times now and it makes me laugh. He's so funny under there. He did it the other day when I was over but this is hilarious :)
