You can add still a little wine and then keep on adding the bouillon,
but only when the former quantity of liquid is nearly all absorbed by the rice.
The “risotto” should be cooked in about 25 minutes.
It depends on the quality of rice.
Taste it to be sure….
At the end, add a little butter and pepper and salt, if you think it’s not enough.
