Salad of the bearchef

Ingredients

So, my friends…let’s try something easy !
Choose carefully the salad, it must be a mixture of tender leaves of different kinds, with a refined balance of flavours!
I get poetic when I have to speak about food!
Then you need pure olive oil, balsamic vinegar ( not common vinegar, too acid, take the real balsamic one)
Dijon mustard, chopped avocado
little cubes of roasted chicken breast
And a pawful of toasted cubes of garlic bread.
I think that’s all….
