If the garlic comes freshly from your own garden it 's better....

You must not mince the garlic...it must be sliced...look at what I’m doing!
Then you have to roast it gently in a little olive oil, mind it!
It must not get brown!
Then add two table spoons of tomato sauce and half glass of white wine
and let cook gently until the garlic slices are soft.
