Pour a little olive oil in a casserole.
Peel the fresh Italian sausage and smash it well with a fork into the pan.
Add salt and a little dried chile pepper.
Add half of your tomato cubes and half a glass of dry white wine.
Stir well.
Let it stew for about 45 minutes.
Then add the rest of the tomato cubes. They must not cook too much, just become warm.
