You need:
White flour for cakes
Butter or margarine
Eggs
A little of fresh cream
A pinch of salt
Very little sugar
And of course the cherries.
Just to give you an idea the quantity of butter must be a little less than the quantity of flour.
I used 200gr. of flour
85 gr. Of butter
2 eggs (small, if they are big one is enough)
Four tablespoons of fresh cream
A little pinch of salt and two spoons of sugar.
Work all into dough quickly without working it too much, then make a ball, put a plastic film around it and let it rest in your fridge for a couple of hours.
Then flatten down the dough and put it into a baking tin as I have done here.
