Thanks Flemming for the support of us sky people. As a matter of fact I do have some mats in stock that lend themselves to semi pano format ratios. BUT they only work when you crop from the bottom and not from the top..............

I am presently in Sedona, having the great pleasure of shooting with Fred and he is such a great guy and Sedona is gorgeous. The clouds here are great, if you weren't trying to fit this into your newly purchased mats I would leave all the sky and crop a lot of the bottom :) But then you know I love the sky and walk into cacti while I stare at the clouds :)

I'm with Barbara and Fred :-) I close my eyes and then open and the first thing I see is the rock formations. BTW Fleming and I spent most of the day shooting scenes with great clouds. I might crop out 25% of the sky in this scene, but then ratio of the picture would not fit all the 16x20 mats I have bought and that is a most important consideration!
