straight forward implant placement in the 26 site with densah drills used after the 2.8mm twist drill. Implant placed with ample bone around it. 36 implant placed 2 years ago, covered under gum (out of country). buccal crestal small swelling, a bit yellow in color. crestal incision, .5-1mm crestal bone loss and 2mm+ distal, cleaned with rotary wire brushes, EDTA and bone added, no membrane healing abutmat placed.
