It competed in the Indianapolis 500 of 1938-39 and after the war at Watkins Glen from 1948 to 1955, winning the Seneca Cup race in 1949 and 1955. It weighed 1870 lbs and was powered by a supercharged V-8 with 320 hp. Its top speed was 144 mph. Source: Paraphrased from a sign in the museum.
