I liked how this Towhee was posed in among the twigs. Here in Western Oregon it is difficult to get shots of birds with uncluttered backgrounds, since they prefer perches in trees with plenty of twigs and branches on them. I figured there is nothing better than a natural setting, so I didn't try to clone them out. I think they are beautiful birds and we see lots of them in the winter and early spring.
