Any time I go to Delta Ponds I hope to see my friends, the Great Blue Herons. On a recent visit, I wasn't disappointed! I finally did find one but I had to find a place where I could get a better view and composition than I had when first spotting it. I almost missed it as it was in a secluded spot and I only saw it through trees and bushes. But I found this spot for a nice view of the pond and heron.
