This sweet little bird looks like a Brewer's Blackbird, from what I can tell. I love the bright eye!

Here is what 'All About Birds' says about the Brewer's Blackbird: "Most birds fly south for the winter, but a small number of Brewer’s Blackbirds fly west – leaving the frigid Canadian prairies for the milder coastal regions of British Columbia and Washington." I would assume that they also reach Oregon.
