Oh That Eye!

We visited Oregon Horse Rescue, a non-profit sanctuary property on 70 gently sloping acres west of Eugene, Oregon - http://www.oregonhorserescue.com/about-us/ It was quite interesting to hear the stories, some sad, about the horses they presently have for adoption. I was fascinated with the gorgeous eyes in this horse, and I think it was adopted.

The horse's eyes are amazing, wonders of nature. Some interesting facts about them can be learned here - http://www.mnn.com/…/12-astonishing-facts-abou…/eyes-have-it We can learn valuable lessons from the wisdom found in nature if we take time, for example, where did it come from?

That eye sure draws you in. And it seems to tell a story as well. What a beautiful horse.

It is amazing how kind and loving Rescue animals can be, even after how bad some of them have been treated. Great shot Vern, and I hope this horse got adopted to a great home!
