The Field of Music

I have passed by this old piano sitting in a field a number of times, and always have to smile. The thought that comes to mind is, 'the field of music.' I think it fits. So if you ever wanted to enter the field of music, just head to Fir Butte Road.

Great prop for model photography. Steve Thomas mentioned the use of piano locations. The group Piano Guys do that for their youtube concerts. Neat Linda

Strange and intriguing. It certainly triggers the imagination, but if it's in poor condition it may have been discarded there, as such pianos are very hard to sell nowadays.

A few years ago a guy did a thing called “Pianos by the Sea” where he put a piano here and there along the coast on a bluff overlooking the ocean for people to play and enjoy. This reminded me of that.
