It seems that humans aren't the only ones who fight over territory. The egret on the left began chasing the other, which had been quietly browsing the shoreline and evidently got into what it considered its territory. Here it leaps at the other egret which jumps out of the water to get away. I am glad I was there to capture the egret aggression. But I wasn't the only one. The geese seem uninterested though.
