Playing in the Fountain

Early this morning these water spouts looked like girls in white dresses playing in the fountain. Yes, I have an active imagination, but don't you see them too?

It's the little extra bits poking up that look like heads. But the one on the right is a doggie. Kinda cold for an aquatic romp, I'd have thought.
