Caught in Flight!

I was elated to capture this Barn Swallow in flight at Alton Baker Park. They are so fast I never thought I would be able to get one with its wings outstretched like they are here. I am just not as quick as I used to be! But I am very pleased, even though circumstances made it quite difficult to get a sharp image.

They are certainly difficult to photograph in flight and still have them in focus...
