31st Annual Stearman Fly-in

The Oregon Aviation History Center in Cottage Grove was the site of the 31st annual Stearman Fly-In the first weekend in August. Lloyd Stearman was a top designer of aircraft in the 20's and 30's. The Stearmans were used as trainers near the beginning of WWII. Great photos of a great event! OAHS loves those Stearman. The Boeing 40C was an awesome addition and Addison Pemerton is an outstanding person and a very good pilot. We were very fortunate to have him come to Cottage Grove. Boy, did I ever enjoy my ride in the Boeing.
