This aircraft designed and manufactured for observation and liasion missions by instructors and technicians of the ROKAF Technical School in October 1953.
In memory of manufacturing this aircraft, President Syngman Rhee wrote and gave its name as "Buwhalho" which means restoration and so its name was carvedon body.
