Multi Coloured Petals

I like flowers which have contrasting colours on its petals. This one in particular is slightly different than the ones I have spotted and shot. Its petals have a combination of red and yellow splashes of striking colour which makes the image look a bit astract. This shot is dedicated to Rob Vrijburg. I hope this flower will cheer you and your family up for the week.

Thanks, dedicated to my DAD... he died this week, but he is stil in my hart and of his grandchildren.. they allready have choosen that he became a star... Otherwise this flower would be nice too... Thanks again. Real nice colors and looks great (BV)

Good morning ( 5:42 am ) Very nice close up , reminds me of a Marigold species. The colors are exciting and while I was half asleep when I opened the image I am now very much awake. Better than coffee. Vote
