Benchmade 735SBT + 735SBT Pardue misprint back

The upper one is correct, the 735SBT design by Allan Elishewitz.
The lower one is a misprint by Benchmade.
This one wasn't supposed to leave the BM factory with the Mel Pardue logo on it !
So this is a ...... 735SBT-Pardue ?
