Steve Wynn's best effort, before he lost control of Mirage in 2000. Wynn was best known for his crowd-pleasing public displays - first the Mirage volcano, then the war against Brittania at Treasure Island. But the best of these by far is the world-renowned Fountains of Bellagio.
