The wide-angle view available looking towards the Columbia River from the new bridge (and the old bridge for that matter). Too early in the morning (7:15 AM) for anyone to be in the view. By the afternoon on a Sunday (even in the driving rain) the viewing deck shown was packed with gawkers.
