It wasn't ghosts but something about that picture caused me a feeling of deja vu. I finally remembered it was the interlocking arches I'd seen in the basement level of the US Capitol building when I took my daughter there about 9 years ago. I did find a photo but the flash hadn't fired so it was pretty dark. The Capitol arches were higher and the intersections were more of a point but the principle was the same. Maybe the Founding Fathers were brewing beer there? ;)
