Customize "window frame" to compliment the subject.
Create the frame mullions on a new layer. Temporarily reduce opacity to visualize placements.
Turn on grid and "snap to grid" for easy selections.
Embellish with special effects. I used "glass" distortion and changed the hue/saturation in the perimeter panels.
