Starting from a jpeg, I applied the essential adjustment layers per www.radiantvista.com
Added a PWL layer to deepen the blues in the sky and brighten the water reflections.
Added a saturation layer with black layer mask to work on some of the more obvious CA.
Applied lens correction to straighten the buildings.
Cropped the lens correction void areas.
Viewed at 100% (for Internet posting) to apply Smart Sharpen.
