Adjust contrast with Levels
PWL eyes and skin around eyes.
Selectively sharpened eyes and pattern on clothing.
Hue/Saturation for a low saturation tint
Rough border with an art brush. (I should have done this on an enlarged canvas to leave more image on the left side.)
