I made 100 Christmas stockings for Operation Care Package http://www.operationcarepackages.org/index.html Operation Care Package loaded up the stockings with goodies and sent them to military personnel serving overseas. They send care packages year-round to 10,000 troops! My stockings were made from the old denim jeans of military veterans. Each stocking included a card with info about the veteran.
