I added a hue/saturation adjustment layer then changed the blending mode for richer colors.
Used lens correction to level and curve the horizon.
Added sunset reflection with Layer blending options set to reveal the dark water ripples and boat.
Added some additional highlights on the water and clouds with orange and a couple of lights on the boat.
