ah, stevehuff? i don't see any noise here, and i doubt you can either. i can see a few places where the gradient isn't perfect, but there's no way to tell from this file whether that is due to jpg compression or detail in the original subject (but at the size we see here, unless this is actually a 100% crop, there is no way you'd be able to see any noise even if it is there in the original file.)
as for sharpness, well, yesss, it isn't perfectly sharp, but perhaps that is because the horsey was thrashing wildly about after someone stuck that broomhandle in its neck... poor horsey....
