French Crepe with a Chinese Twist

This is another popular breakfast item. Recipe: half regular flour mixed with corn flour for the crepe. Crack an egg on one side; sprinkle some green onion with some sesame seeds. Flip it over, stack two fried dough, with some thickened soy flour source and fermented tofu spread in between. Fold, and voila!
