Roasted chestnuts???? I remember charcoal burners on the streets of New York and the wonderful fragrance of these delicious morsels. Please have some for me! (These days I can only buy them in the supermarket at Thanksgiving time and after putting slits into the skin I cover 10 with a wet paper towel and put them in the microwave for 2 minutes. They don't taste the same, but I get my chestnut "fix" that way.
