Cruise of Thousand Islands, Alexandria Bay, New York

Jan, Jamie (dog) and I took a cruise of the Thousand Island area out of Alexandria Bay, N.Y.

To be designated an island it must be above water all year around and have a minimum of one tree on it. Tom Thumb is the smallest island and has a tree and also a shrub.

The houses are varied in size from Boldt Castle with it's 120 rooms down to some very small one that cover the whole island.
