An ultra sonic scan of my left lung had shown a new high water mark of 14.5 cm (which according to the MDs is approximately 3 litres - for comparison: I am holding a 1.25l bottle in my right hand). The MDs decided at least 2 litres had to go out - by puncture. I asked them to give me a Valium, and they had no objections. Obviously, it all went very OK: they started at 14:00 and I was in trance till 18:00...

that's the way it should always be!!:-)
