This reminds me of a sign I saw near the bus station in San Francisco over 20 years ago. It said, "Tattoos While You Wait". For those who don't want to just drop off an appendage to be tattooed and pick it up later...

such a large sign to advertise condoms. shows they're a bit desperate? or perhaps condom users in the area have bad eyesight? thanks for this shot. peter
