Halloween Books

Some of these books are almost as old as my children. I have been collecting books for many of the different holidays for years. It is tradition for us to have a basket full of holiday books in the living room. My children have outgrown the books, but fuss if I don't have them out along with the other decorations.

You have them right were they belong. I love traditions and I think it would be sad if you stopped them, just because your children are moved out. I bet they love seeing that you continue the tradition when they come home to you.

Okay... I don't recall that we did that when I was a kid.

Wonderful tradition, Elaine. Keep them packed in Rubbermaid containers during hurricane season.

Tradition. I think it was The Fiddler On the Roof...Tradition!We all need to hang on to things that are consistant. Things on which we can count.
