Sunset

The sky is filled with haze from all of the burning of the debris. The golf course behind my house has cleared the debris from the course, but it is still piled along the edges. I was trying to capture the Spanish Moss for Laine, but it is not as thick as it was before Katrina. It will flourish with time.

The color is unique. Very beautiful, hard to associate with so much destruction.

Beautiful colors and such a nice silhouette. There's still sufficient moss there for an interesting picture. A nice scene of peace of the midst of chaos.

Well, the smoke makes for some pretty color. I imagine the smell is pretty unbearable though. Everything will flourish again. Hang on to that thought.

Our golf course had several boats on it after the hurricanes last year. There is a lot of work cleaning up after- that is for sure.

Beautiful colors in the sky, and lovely silhouette! The trees in your other shot don't look as full as they used to, but they are standing tall and proud! They will come back fully, as you all will!
