Owls

I hadn't seen the owls in a while so I was excited to find two of them and their nest. They peered at me as if I was some strange creature down there with my camera. Here they are trying to figure out what I am doing

Well, you're probably waking them up since they're nocturnal. :) What a cool capture and I can't wait for some more.

Are you sure you don't live in Harry Potter's house, Elaine. :>) They look content there.

Oh my! I had forgotten about that! That is one of Byran's favorite pictures! I can't wait to stand beneath the tree and listen!

Great capture Elaine and the nest in your front yard. Remember how loud the hissing sound the young ones made in the shed at the camp.

They're so plump and strangely colored. Maybe you can watch the owlets learn to fly in a few month.

I would be so excited if they were in my tree. We never get them around here. Maybe the crows chase them away. Great capture.
