Playing catch up - this was taken late yesterday evening. Floats are brought to a specific location and lined up in the order that they will appear in the parade. People arrive anytime between noon and 8am to load their throws on the floats. The floats are then brought to the staging area. It rained on and off all day so loading the floats happened between rain showers, with many people waiting unitl late last night for the rain to pass before loading. This is the float across from us, the family was loading their throws and tying their harnesses in preparation for the parade.
