Impressive picture of the waxing Moon showing its dark
side lit by the light reflected from the earth.
Only 8% of the visible surface are hit by direct sunlight.
Through Zeiss 1200/150mm APO refractor with ScopeTronix
40mm MaxVue eyepiece. Afocal with T-adapter coupling.
Sensitivity equivalent: 50 ASA. The bright part of the
Moon is intentionally over-exposed to bring out the dark
side. Post processed with LViewPro to have some contrast
enhancement inside the dark area. One of my early first astro pictures.
