to tell you the truth i'm not sure what the boy was feeling or what that bulge in his cheek was (qat? food?)... but i can sense a bit of sadness and maybe some hate

aha, that was what i thought. The "heavy processing" you did made the B&W too much gloomy than it really is in the original and also made the boy look angry while I think he was not. Both are good, Osama. Keep it up!
