Squirrels and parks just seem to go together and Beacon Hill Park is no exception. The park's 154 acres are home to a wide variety of birds and animals and the squirrels are an ever present source of entertainment for visitors. Squirrel facts: An adult squirrel normally lives alone. But will, in severe cold, share its nest with other squirrels to conserve body heat. Once the temperature rises, the guests will be on their way. ~ www.squirrels.org
