Victoria's Inner Harbour is a great place to visit and one of the attractions are the seals that swim under the floating walkways and businesses. They will obligingly surface to accept handouts of fresh fish from the tourists. I'm not sure who likes the fish more, the seals or the businesses who sell it for $1 a fish. This fellow was watching from underwater, waiting for his next handout.
